A geodesic dome is a rounded structure made of a web of triangles that spreads loads efficiently across the whole building.
Strong and light, the form suits nature lodging especially well. At Dômes Charlevoix it was adapted to the Quebec climate to create comfortable four-season lodgings that open onto the landscape. Change the frequency: the more the icosahedron's faces are divided, the rounder the dome.

Bourgeois / Lechasseur
Designed with Bourgeois / Lechasseur architects, the domes were conceived to sit into the mountainside and open the stay to the river and the forest. Their distinctive architecture, minimal and immersive at once, has caught the eye of several design and architecture publications, Dwell among them.
